At their annual Upfront event, Nickelodeon revealed that Drake Bell's coming back to star as the live-action version of Timmy Turner again. They're going to air a Christmas based sequel to Grow Up Timmy Turner around the holidays this year. The plot is that Timmy has to save Christmas and get off the naughty list. Drake's other movie, Rags, was also mentioned at the event.
Rags, amusic-infused modern-day fairy tale debuting this spring. The two-hour original TV movie centers on Charlie Prince (Max Schneider), an orphan living with his acerbic and unloving stepfather and spoiled stepbrothers, whose dream of being a singer might come true once he meets pop star Kadee Worth (KeKe Palmer). Rags is executive produced by Nick Cannon, directed by Billy Woodruff (Beauty Shop, Honey) and features original music by Rodney Jerkins and choreography by Rosero McCoy (America's Best Dance Crew),

Ultimate Spider-Man Pilot to Air at 11AM on April 1st

According to Digital Journal, Disney XD will be airing the pilot episode of Ultimate Spider-Man, entitled Great Power on 11:00 AM EST. The second episode, Great Responsibility will follow it at 11:30 AM EST.
The storyline, according to Disney: a teenage Peter Parker (voiced by actor Drake Bell) juggles the relatable challenges of high school with the extraordinary challenges of being a Super Hero. Nick Fury (voiced by actor Chi McBride) invites Parker to train with his S.H.I.E.L.D. organization, where Peter's alter-ego, Spider-Man, will join forces with four other teenage Super Heroes - Nova, White Tiger, Power Man and Iron Fist, on the greatest action and adventure ever as they work to become ultimate Super Heroes.- Digital Journal

On April 1, 2011, Disney XD will debut its newest animated series, Ultimate Spider-Man, starring Drake Bell as Peter Parker / Spiderman. The show will be part of an entire Sunday programming block dedicated to Marvel Universe including The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes!, Iron Man, the Hulk, Thor, and Captain America
Acting as the keystone of the Marvel Universe block, "Ultimate Spider-Man" features a teenage Peter Parker juggling the typical growing pains of high-school with the not-so-typical growing pains of being a super hero. As the newest member of Nick Fury's S.H.I.E.L.D. organization, Peter finds himself on a team with four other teenage super heroes.- Marvel

Drake recently partnered up with Virgin Mobile Live to release the original, intended version of the music video for Terrific. There's also an exclusive phone interview with Abbey Braden about the video, having a music career, his social media involvement, blocking users, advice on building fanbases, how he got involved with the Thirst Project, and working on the third album. (You have to like the fanpage before viewing/listening to the content)

To promote/kickoff the mini-tour happening on the East Coast in a few weeks, Drake put together 6 short, but awesome videos of him and his bandmates, inlcuding an acapella session of the unrecorded bridge in Fallen For You, Drake playing drums, a piano cover of Queen's Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy on piano, an acoustic version of Our Love, and a piano accompanied hum of Centerpiece.

Along with Lady Gaga, Pauly D, Fran Drescher, Nas, and Julianne Hough, Drake Bell is participating in 911day.org's "I Will" Tribute which focuses on what people will be doing on September 11th this year to honor the victims, survivors, and the men in uniform from that day. Drake says he will be donating to the red cross.
