In a recent phone interview with Mexico's El Universal, Drake talks about how he's not a big fan of Glee, what he wants to accomplish with his third album, the reason for cancelling the Juarez concert, acting with cardboard fairies, and his role in Ragz.
I do not want Glee do one of my songs, I think it's bad. Take those great songs, these big issues and make sound without a spark...I do not know could hurt the music industry, but it hurts my ears to hear a song I grew to love, sung by what looks like a group of kids screaming...Entire Article
During his musical break Bell also filmed a new adaptation of Cinderella in another role related to the magic. "I play the fairy godmother, although not a fairy tale. The story is about a boy who wants to be a musician, a rockstar and I I play a producer who appears at times to make sure everything is well with him, "he said about the film slated for 2012.

Aw, good for Drake! Glad to see he still hasn't lost touch with his Beatles, real music roots and still isn't a fan of bubble gum pop. I agree with Drake on his thoughts about Glee. I know that's the point of the show (and word for that matter), but he's right in the end. The music of Glee kind of changes the original feel of the songs. Ragz sounds pretty awesome. Can't wait to see it.

Lets be real here, if glee was to do 5 original songs every episode, it would cost too much and we would be hearing the same crap every week. And I don\'t think Drake Bell has anything to worry about glee using his music. The \"screaming\" he hears isn\'t the point of the show and is better than his voice sounding like he\'s pushing out a brick from his butt hole.

@Tyler, I think you missed the point of the article. He's basically saying he's not into the music style and arrangements of the songs on Glee, and that some songs, especially the ones he grew up on and love are so great, they shouldn't be changed much at all. Also, the article isn't aimed at the show, but more on the music that comes out of it. Everyone has their own opinions and Drake is just expressing his the same way you have your opinions of Drake's music.
